Great

The song went great with the feel of the entire flash. The sprite parts past the first one were a bit dragged out. Were the sprites made by yourself?

the only thing that didn't hold true was the fact megaman can only get hit once in number 9

Wasn't that funny

But I still liked it. I laughed when the guy just shot him three times and he still has perfect aim and shoots him, but the lip-syncing was sloppy, I could tell it was just a movie clip for some parts. The part where he's on the boat doesn't make any sense whatsoever and the part where there's just talking with some black text could have just been really fast scenes or something more interesting

The boat scene is making fun of one of the last scenes in the actual movie where he reads Hannibal's letter on a boat for some reason then tosses it off.

I like the idea but...

While it was nice and all, there seemed to be no coherence which would seem like it should be the main theme of the collab since it involves a continuing song. Even the song itself, it didn't seem to transition well from one song to another, they felt so distant it was like they aren't part of the same song.

Never cease to impress

You seriously have some kind of thing with setting the bar high for animation. You do not only come back with your great animating, but you continue to get better and successfully mix in vector art with sprites, but you also the entire part in the negative zone was brilliant. On top of that, the story is something worth reading.

Your character's seemed to be talking to themselves because only one character was always present at one time except for 1 or 2 scenes. The swearing seemed forced in some parts.

Some parts were funny, some weren't. Simple as that. The random explosions normally are funny to me, but I think something was missing when you tried it.

I liked the first half, but I never thought that your easter egg version of this was funny so I didn't really like it as much as your other reduxes. Those facial expressions are the best.

Needs some sound

When the person runs near the end, it just looks like he's limping or walking, his body needs to be more tilted. You're timing for some actions is a little off. When the person swings the bat, you should put less frames for the swing so it looks like he's actually hitting the ball hard. The effects you used were nice though, but you should have tried making the base of the hand (the base is the lowest side part) touch the ground. You should try fleshing out the stick figures into actual characters because stick fights normally rely on high speed action with a v-cam.
