You forgot to tell the person to put the mouth on a different layer, but that is something most people should know anyway. You should show a picture of where a person can set the audio to stream and you should show some examples. Instead of using the paint brush tool to draw the arrows, you should use lines to make it look cleaner. The importing .wav file part had a little too much words and the tutorial did not explain how changing the fps would make the audio synch with the lips

I think you need a preloader or something, it goes straight to the play button at the beginning. Voice spoke a little to fast and too much pop in the mic.
I don't actually know how to make a pre-loader, and that has been bugging me for a while now. I ought to look it up sometime.

I think making your own jokes would've been better instead of trying to copy egoraptors style of humor like swearing and the "stfu!" parts. Still good though
It was fine until...
You added the violence, it looked so innocent and fine. Then when the cube's dad got shot it looked sloppy and the gun didn't fit the style, it should have just been one color only. And the bullets were huge, you normally would make it a thin line
Sprites are bad quality
Background image was pretty bad quality, you should've traced the bitmap to make it a vector image so it looks nicer. Same for the sprites too. Looks like you stopped kinda early
Why use brawl characters?
I know it gets a better score if you do, but besides that it seems kinda pointless. Nice animating though. It's not your fault for a good score.

Increase the frame rate, please!!! It looks like you're working on the default 12, it would be a lot better if it was at 24
